甘精胰島素是一種長(zhǎng)效人胰島素類(lèi)似物，A鏈和B鏈經(jīng)修飾后在酸性條件下比普通胰島素更穩(wěn)定，作用時(shí)間可持續(xù)24小時(shí)。甘精胰島素用于治療糖尿病，可與胰島素受體(IR)結(jié)合，以模仿內(nèi)源性人胰島素的活性，促進(jìn)葡萄糖代謝。
本品由能高效表達(dá)甘精胰島素的大腸桿菌菌株經(jīng)發(fā)酵而來(lái)，純度高，內(nèi)毒素含量極低，且不含任何動(dòng)物源性病原體。
Glargine is a long-acting human insulin analog, with modified A and B chains that are more stable than regular insulin under acidic conditions and have a duration of action of up to 24 h. Insulin Glargine is commonly used in the treatment of diabetes and binds to the insulin receptor (IR) to mimic the activity of endogenous human insulin and promote glucose metabolism.
Virtu Pharmako utilizes E. coli strains to produce insulin glargine. It has extremely low endotoxin content with high purity, and does not contain any animal-derived pathogens.
