德谷胰島素是一種超長效胰島素，活性類似于內(nèi)源性人胰島素，用于治療1型和2型糖尿病引起的高血糖。德谷胰島素B鏈經(jīng)?；揎棽⑶谐粋€末尾蘇氨酸后，在生理pH值下具有活性，其作用持續(xù)時間被顯著延長至42小時。
本品由能高效表達德谷胰島素的大腸桿菌菌株經(jīng)發(fā)酵而來，純度高，內(nèi)毒素含量極低，且不含任何動物源性病原體。
Insulin degludec is an ultra-long-acting insulin with activity similar to that of endogenous human insulin and is used to treat hyperglycemia caused by type 1 and type 2 diabetes. After acylation of the B-chain and removal of a terminal threonine, insulin degludec is active at physiological pH and its duration of action is significantly prolonged to 42 hours.
Virtu Pharmako utilizes E. coli strains to produce insulin degludec. It has extremely low endotoxin content with high purity，and does not contain any animal-derived pathogens.
