1.采用多臺(tái)CCD多次各象限的重疊檢測(cè)，漏檢率極低。常規(guī)要求下檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率99.5%。

2.可準(zhǔn)確的檢測(cè)出膠囊的各種或內(nèi)部或外部缺陷，如:插劈，套環(huán)，臟污，小孔，空膠囊，異物膠囊，半填充，頂凹等。
The various internal or external defects of the capsule, such as: wedge, sleeve ring, dirt, small hole, empty capsule, foreign body capsule, half-filled, top concave, etc will be detected accurately
3.特別是可以檢測(cè)印字缺陷。
The printing defect could be dectected.
4.運(yùn)行中漏粉膠囊不會(huì)影響其他膠囊，且非常清潔非常方便。

5.搭配真空上料裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人操作。
