用途 Usage
三仲丁基硼氫化鋰是一種高選擇性的強還原劑。用于酮的非對稱選擇還原得到醇，也可用于烯酮的1,4共軛加成還原得到酮或醇，用于選擇性還原環(huán)外丙烯腈衍生物的共軛雙鍵和碘化物。對于二酯、脫鹵單環(huán)嘧啶、重排5-三甲基甲硅烷基**和脫保護的N-甲它也是一種有效的去對稱內(nèi)消旋試劑。在低溫條件下可有效還原共軛羰基化合物。
This product is a high stereoselective reducing agent. It has been used for the diastereoselective reduction of the ketones to give the alcohol. It can be also used for selective 1,4- addition of the enones to provide ketones or alcohols. It is used for selective reduction of the conjugated double bonds of cyclic acrylonitrile derivatives and iodide. It was also found to be an efficient reagent for the mesomerize reaction of diesters, dehalogenation of monocyclic Pyrimidine, rearrangement of 5-trimethylsilyl **, and deprotection of N-carbomethoxy-substituted opioids to N-noropioids. At low temperatures, it can effectively reduce conjugated carbonyl compounds.
